Cancellation Policy

Within 12 hours of ordering

Within 12 hours of placing your order you may cancel it in full, with no cancellation fee of any kind. Email [email protected] with your order number, or call +84 961 068 507 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 07:00–17:00 (GMT+7)). We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7–14 days.

After 12 hours

Once 12 hours have passed we can no longer cancel the order, because by then it has been packed and handed over for dispatch.

If you still do not want the item, you may refuse delivery, or follow our Refund & Return Policy once the package arrives — you have 45 days from delivery to request a return.

Changing an order

Changes to size, colour, or delivery address follow the same 12-hour rule: email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update the order where possible. After that, the details can no longer be changed.

Cancellations by us

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of:

• Product unavailability or stock errors
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
• A delivery address we cannot ship to

You will receive a full refund and an email explaining the reason. Refunds for orders cancelled by us are issued within 7–14 days to the original payment method.
