Pricing Policy

1. Price listing principle

All prices on Stitchmark are listed and charged in USD. The selling price of each product is displayed clearly on its product page. Where a product is offered in multiple options (size or colour), the price applicable to each selected option is displayed before the item is added to the cart. Prices are stated per unit unless expressly indicated otherwise.

2. What the listed price includes and excludes

• Includes: the product itself and the work described in the product listing.
• Excludes: shipping and handling fees (shown separately at checkout — $7.00 per order to United States, $3.00 per order to Vietnam, see our Shipping Policy), and any import taxes, customs duties, or similar charges levied by the destination country on cross-border orders.

3. Taxes are already included — one single payment

All taxes are worked into every order by us in advance. The price shown on the product page is the final price of the item: no tax line is calculated, displayed, or charged on top of it, and there is no other fee. The flat shipping fee for your destination is added into the same total, so the order is settled in one single payment.

4. Total price before payment

The full order total — product price plus the flat shipping fee — is always displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. No amount is charged without being shown to you first, and nothing is added afterwards.

5. Promotions and sale prices

When a product is on sale, the current selling price is displayed together with the previous price (struck through) so the discount is transparent. Promotional prices apply only for the stated period or while stocks last.

6. Price changes

We may adjust prices at any time, but price changes never affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you placed your order.

7. Pricing errors

In the rare case of an obvious pricing error (for example, a misplaced decimal point), we will contact you before processing the order. You may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
