From delivery to refund

1. Delivered
   Your parcel is delivered and the order is marked Completed. Day one of your 45-day return window.
2. Request
   Email [email protected] with your order number, a short description, and your unboxing video/photos.
3. Review
   We check and confirm every request within 02 business days and email you the outcome.
4. Return
   We email you a prepaid return label. Print it at home, attach it, and drop the parcel off — free of charge.
5. Refund
   Once the return is verified and approved, your refund is issued within 7–14 days to the original payment method.

What we accept, and what we cannot

Return window — 45 days

You may request a return within 45 days of delivery. The window starts on the day the parcel is delivered and the order is marked Completed by the carrier. Requests made after this period fall outside the return window. You can check your order status at any time on our Order Tracking page.

What we ask of the item

• Unused and unwashed. The item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by use.
• Original condition. The item and its packaging, tags, and labels must be intact (aside from any transit damage you are reporting).
• Unboxing video. Please film yourself receiving and opening the package. This video is required to support a damage or wrong-item claim.
• Proof for defects. Any fault not caused by shipping will not be accepted without supporting photos or video.

We refund — we do not exchange

To keep payments and claims completely transparent, we do not carry out exchanges. Where an item is wrong, faulty, damaged, or returned, we refund that order directly. You are then free to place a new order for the item you want.

Refund timeline

• We review and confirm your return request within 02 business days.
• Once the return is verified and approved, we issue your refund within 7–14 days.
• Refunds go to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
• If the original payment method can no longer receive a refund (for example, a closed account or an expired card), we will ask you to provide and verify one additional lawful payment method so the refund can be completed.

Return shipping

Returning an approved item is completely free: once your claim is approved we email you a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee.
