How checkout works

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay — the secure checkout lets you pay as a guest with a credit or debit card.

Currency

Prices are displayed and charged in USD. If your card or account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply its own exchange rate.

Billing

You are charged in full at the time you place the order. The charge on your statement appears as Stitchmark. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.

Taxes and duties

All taxes are already worked into every order by us. The listed price is the price you pay for the product — there is no separate tax line charged on top of it, and no other fee of any kind.

The flat shipping fee for your destination ($7.00 per order to United States, $3.00 per order to Vietnam) is added into the same total, so your order is settled in one single payment, displayed in full before you confirm.

Cross-border orders may still be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the customs authority of the destination country. Those charges are set and collected by that authority, are not collected by us, and are the customer’s responsibility.

Security

All payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment providers through PayPal. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your connection to this website is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS) end-to-end.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, the order is not placed and no charge is finalised. You can try a different payment method or contact your bank. Pending authorisations are typically released by your bank within 3–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 days. If that method can no longer receive a refund, we will ask you to provide and verify one additional lawful payment method — see our Refund & Return Policy.
